The petitioners seek extension of time to deposit the amount of Rs.8,49,068/- in this Court. By the order dated 28.10.2021 the petitioners were directed to deposit that amount within a period of three months. Considering the reasons mentioned in the application and by way of last chance, time of two months is granted to deposit the amount as directed in this Court. If the said amount is not deposited within the aforesaid period, the ad-interim order granted earlier shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to the Court. The civil application is disposed of.

Writ Petition No.4346/2021 Put up for further consideration on 02.05.2022. Liberty to circulate the writ petition if the amount is deposited earlier.
