This application seeking modification of order dated 28.10.2021 is preferred on the premise that it is the father of the respondent 1, who has landed property and who would be in a position to furnish solvent surety. According to the learned counsel Mr. Wankhede in view of the wordings of the order dated 28.10.2021, the registry is insisting that the respondent 1 shall furnish personal surety. 2.

It is clarified that the respondent 1 may furnish the solvent surety of his father or for that matter any respected citizen, to the satisfaction of the Registrar. 3.
