SEPTEMBER 17, 2025 Petitioner seeks direction against the respondents to transfer him from Central Prison Nagpur to Central Prison, Taloja, Mumbai. The ground for transfer is that he has to appear for LL.B. examination, which was allegedly scheduled in December, 2023.

Learned A.P.P. submits that there was no such examination of LL.B.
