By this petition, the petitioner has sought a direction to the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to pay the salary of the petitioner for the month of December, 2014.

Shri Meghe, the learned counsel for the respondent Nos.2 and 3, states that the salary for the month of December, 2014 and January, 2015 has been paid to the petitioner in the month of March, 2015.

The learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent Nos.2 and 3.

In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of with no order as to costs.
