DATE : 04/02/2022 Hearing was conducted through Video Conferencing and the learned Counsel agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.

Mr. Deshpande, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the father of the applicant has passed away on 03.02.2022 and it would be necessary for the applicant to perform the post funeral rituals for the next 14 days, in view of which, condition no.(iv) in the order dated 16.11.2021 is sought to be relaxed, for a period of 15 days from today.

Mr.

Damle learned APP for non-applicant/State on the above ground does not having serious objections, for relaxation of the said condition for the above period, considering which,

(2) 3.appp.142.2022 condition no.(iv) which directs the applicant to reside beyond the territorial jurisdiction of village Goregaon for a period of six months from the date of the order i.e. 16.11.2021 is relaxed, for a period of 15 days from today and the applicant is permitted to visit and stay at village Goregaon for the purpose of performing post funeral rituals of his father on the condition that the applicant shall not indulge in any criminal activity during his stay at village Goregaon.

The Criminal Application is accordingly disposed of.
