We see no reason to cause indulgence as the petitioner, in our opinion, lacks locus as authorization issued by the respondent was already cancelled.

Apart from above, the beneficiaries/forest labours in their individual capacity and also representative capacity, who were association/Union an espouse their cause in support of the prayer. 4.

That being so, the petition in our opinion is not maintainable. Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
