Learned Counsel appearing for the husband would submit that the matter is settled and he do not wish to prosecute the delay condonation applications, restoration and the appeal.

In view of the above all the proceedings /applications stand disposed of.

The respondent wife is entitled to withdraw the entire amount deposited by the appellant husband in the Family Court as well as with this Court. Learned Counsel for the applicant/appellant submitted that he has no objection to withdraw the entire amount along with accrued interest, if any, as stated above.

Learned Counsel for the respondent would submit that he would not take any steps for execution

Withdrawal shall be permitted through the registered Power of Attorney of wife i.e. her father and the amount be credited in the account of the wife. 7.
