Having regard to the nature of the relief sought, we permit the petitioners to make representation for redressal of their grievances to the respondent no.3 within a fortnight, taking all the pleas which may be available to them and enclosing all those documents which they intend to rely. 3.

Once the representation is made by the petitioners, the respondent no.3 shall consider it strictly in accordance with

Decision shall be taken by the respondent no.3 within two months from the date of receipt of representation by it. 5.
