The petitioner is challenging the order dated 11.10.2023 passed by learned Divisional Commissioner, Amravati in Revision No.235/BND-56/ Khopdi (Bk.)/Yavatmal/2018-19. 3.

Learned AGP for the respondent Nos.4 to 8/State raised objection on the ground of having alternate and equally efficacious remedy against the order passed.

In view thereof, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach Appellate Authority by filing an appropriate revision application before the State Government. 5.

The delay caused while prosecuting the present petition needs to be considered by the Appellate Authority while considering the application for condonation of delay from the date of filing of the petition. All issues are kept open. (SIDDHESHWAR .S. THOMBRE, J.) manisha
