CORAM : B.P. DHARMADHIKARI & KUM. INDIRA JAIN, JJ.
JUNE 13, 2016.
Heard Shri A.J. Thakkar, learned counsel for the petitioners and Ms. P.D. Rane, learned AGP for respondent Nos. 1 & 2.
Shri Thakkar, learned counsel attempts to demonstrate that though Writ Petition No. 5008 of 2013 is still pending, the order has been complied with in part. He, therefore, states that the order can be fully complied with. The learned AGP submits that the contempt is pre-mature.
We find that the attempt of Shri Thakkar, learned counsel is to obtain early hearing of Writ Petition No. 5008 of 2013. Hence, without observing anything on merits of the Contempt, as writ petition is pending, we dispose of the contempt proceedings.
The petitioner is given liberty to seek fixed date of hearing in Writ Petition No. 5008 of 2013, if the pleadings are complete.
