First Appeal Nos. 564/95, 45/96, 46/96, 57/96, 99/97, 100/97 and 110/97 which were filed by the State of Maharashtra challenging the common award passed in Land Acquisition Case Nos.2/91, 3/91, 4/91, 5/91 and 6/91 are dismissed by this Court by the judgment dated 17th January, 2006.

The present appeal is filed to challenge the award passed in Land Acquisition Case No.7/91 which was also decided by the common order dated 5th September, 1995. It is undisputed that the present appeal has to be disposed in terms of the judgment passed in First Appeal No. 564/1995 and other connected matters.

For the reasons recorded in the judgment given in First Appeal No. 564/1995 and connected matters, this appeal is dismissed. The parties to bear their own costs. JUDGE RRaut..
