Criminal Application No.1064 of 2019 was allowed subject to the condition that applicants and the non-applicant No.2 shall deposit costs of Rs.20,000/-. However, inadvertently, in operative part, it is mentioned that costs of Rs.20,000/- each by the applicants and nonapplicant No.2 is to be paid. In fact, costs of Rs.20,000/- to be paid by both the applicants and Rs.20,000/- to be paid by the non-applicant No.2.

For the reasons stated, the application is allowed. Correction in operative part (ii) be carried out to the effect that the First Information Report registered
(2) 1.appp.119.2023 vide Crime No.226/2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 384, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66 (E) and 67 of the Information and Technology Act, 2000 and Section 3(2) of the Maharashtra Prevention and Eradication of Human Sacrifice and other Inhuman, Evil and Aghori Practice and Black Magic Act, 2013 is hereby quashed and set aside, subject to costs of Rs.20,000/- by both the applicants and Rs.20,000/- by non-applicant No.2.
