Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it would be appropriate to grant an opportunity to the petitioner of filing reply to the show cause notice dated 12.12.2018 issued by the respondent - corporation.

For the above purpose, the petitioner shall appear before the concerned authority on 22.08.2024.

The petitioner shall file reply and the relevant documents within two weeks from the date of appearance.

The concerned authority shall endeavour to pass appropriate order within four weeks from the date of filing of reply.

No coercive action shall be taken till the passing of order by the concerned authority.

The writ petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms.
