The petitioner has approached this Court being aggrieved by the construction of an unauthorized wall which provided access to the schools run by the petitioner. However, during the pendency of the petition, the said wall has been demolished.
In that view of the matter, the grievance of the petitioner no more survives.
Mrs. B.H. Dangre, learned G.P. for respondent nos. 1 to 5, had requested us to issue certain directions to the Municipal Council to consider the directions issued by the Collector for proposing minor modification in adjacent plot. The authorities of the State Government are
12.2wp457.15 competent to enforce their directions. In a petition filed by someone else, we cannot grant any relief in such a petition. The officer of the State will always be at a liberty to take such steps as are deemed fit but only in accordance with law. Judge Judge J.
