The petitioner seeks leave to add subsequent event of termination from service. Learned counsel for respondent nos. 1 and 2 are opposing the amendment. Learned counsel Shri Borkar submits that restraining orders of this Court were served after respondent no. 2 issued termination order.
Both the learned counsel pointed out that petitioner has alternate remedy.
We keep their objection open. The petition is yet to be admitted, hence, we allow the civil application.
