By this application, the appellant is seeking extension of time to deposit the 50% of amount of the award and also prayed to continue the interim relief granted by this Court on 29/08/2022.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application which is supported by the order of the Collector dated 15/01/2023, two weeks time is granted to deposit 50% of the amount.

The earlier order granting interim relief is continued till further orders.

5.

The appellant is permitted to deposit the amount in the Executing Court at Nagpur.
