Shri Meghe, learned Counsel for the petitioner, states that though late, justice has been done to the petitioner.

We find that observations made by this Court against Shri P. Narendra Kumar s/o V.P. Haran, Senior Manager (Personnel) are required to be deleted in view of the subsequent development. Hence, we make the following order :

Order The adverse observations made in paragraph 7 of the judgment dated 28/11/2014 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.310/2014 so also direction given in clause (v) of the order thereof as a sequel to the said observations stand removed/deleted. Civil Application No.218/2015 is disposed of accordingly.
