The Petitioner has sought a declaration that the list published by Respondent No.2 on 24 September 2021 be declared as illegal and the same be quashed and set aside. 2.

The impugned list published is a list under which students have been admitted in the Respondent Institution. The Petitioner states that the Petitioner is a parent of the student who was not selected. However, as regards the efforts to be taken by the Petitioner to ensure that his son gets selected, we do not find any pleadings in the petition. In spite of repeated queries as to whether there is any representation made as to why the Petitioner's son is KOLHE

2 / 2 17-WP 1066.2022 not being admitted, we are neither shown any document, nor there is any prayer that Petitioner's son be admitted. 3.

That being the position, it appears that Petitioner is not interested in his personal cause, but a larger agenda which we are not inclined to examine at the behest of this Petitioner. 4.

The Writ Petition is rejected.
