This application is moved by the applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Crime 441 of 2018 registered with Police Station, Akot (City), District Akola for offence punishable under sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The role played by the applicant and co-accused Vasimkhan Mastankhan is identical.

Vide order dated 13.1.2020, in Criminal Application (ABA) 852/2019, Vasim Khan is granted anticipatory bail. 4.

For reasons stated in the order dated 13.1.2020 and on the ground of parity, this application is allowed. (i)The applicant Sheikh Lukman Sheikh Sultan be released be released on furnishing personal bond

(ii) The applicant is directed to attend Police Station Akot City, thrice in a week i.e. on every Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday and shall be with the Investigating Officer from 11.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., till filing of the charge sheet.

(iii) The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence nor shall attempt to influence the witnesses in any manner.
