DATED : 13-4-2015 This Court by order dated 9-1-2015 has set aside the impugned order dated 21-12-2013 with directions to the respondent no. 1 re-consider the appeal filed by the petitioner, according to law.

Shri Patil, learned Assistant Government Pleader for the State informs that the appeal filed by the petitioner has been decided.

Shri G. P. Garad and Shri Bhaskar P. Walimbe have filed their affidavits submitting their explanation, pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 14-2-2014. Considering the affidavits filed by the above named officers and the subsequent order dated 9-1-2015, nothing survives in the writ petition. The writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
