DATE : June 20, 2022 The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent Nos.1 and 2 have failed to take necessary steps to remove the alleged encroachment as sought to be indicated in the representation dated 31/08/2016 made by the petitioner to the respondent No.2.
The fact that there is such alleged encroachment is denied by respondent No.4. We do not intend to go into disputed question of facts. Considering the aspect that the representation dated 31/08/2016 (page 21 of the writ petition) made by the petitioner to the respondent No.2 is still not decided, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No.2 to consider that representation in accordance with law and take such action as is warranted thereafter. Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
