The present appeal was preferred by Purushottam Bagwe against judgment and order of acquittal dated 20.1.2015 passed by learned 25th Judicial Magistrate First Class, Nagpur in Summary Criminal Case No.15578/2012 by which respondent Pradeep was acquitted of offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act. 3.
Learned counsel for the appellant filed a Pursis bearing Pursis Stamp No.3150/2018 in which it is stated that appellant Purushottam expired on 29.3.2018. Death certificate is also annexed along with the said Pursis. It is stated in the Pursis that legal heirs of the .....2/-
