Perused the contents in the application.

By way of this application, respondents/claimants herein are seeking direction to delete the name of respondent no.5 from the array of respondents, since he is reported to be dead on 27.11.2019. It is submitted that legal representatives of respondent no.5 are already on record. 4.

The respondents/claimants are also seeking directions to deposit the balance amount in the bank account of respondent no.2 in pursuance to special power of attorney executed by the remaining respondents in favour of respondent no.2 on 15.10.2016.

Considering the nature of prayer, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (i) and (ii). The necessary amendment be carried out forthwith. 6.
