(2) This is an application for withdrawal of decreetal amount, which was deposited by the appellant on 19.07.2014 with the Registry of this Court.

(3) It is stated that First Appeal No.292 of 2014 came to be dismissed in default by order dated 23.03.2017. It is further stated that no steps have been taken by the appellant to restore the appeal.

(4) In that view of the matter, the application is allowed.

(5) Respondent Nos.1,3 and 4 are permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation of Rs.4,29,088/- with accrued interest thereon.

(6) The application stands disposed of.
