2] This is an application seeking deletion of name of respondent Nos. 2 and 5.

3] It is stated that respondent Nos.2 and 5 have expired on 19/04/2008 and 22/07/2017 respectively. It is further stated that the names of the legal representatives of the said deceased respondents are already on record.

4] In this view of the matter, the Civil Application is allowed. Necessary amendment/s be carried out within a period of one week.
