After arguing the matter for some time, the learned Advocate Shri Tathod for the applicant, on instructions, submits that the applicant would surrender before the Authority or before the Court on 11th March, 2015 and avail other remedies. The learned counsel submits that the interim protection granted by this Court be extended till 11th March, 2015.

The learned APP opposes the prayer of the extension of the interim order. Considering the fact that the applicant is expressed his desire to surrender before the Court or before the Authority and he was protected by interim order of this Court, the extension of ad-interim order is granted till 11th March, 2015 only.

The application is disposed of in the above terms. JUDGE Ambulkar
