Heard the learned Counsel for the rival parties. Perused the reply. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is in jail from the date of his arrest for the offences punishable under Sections 304-B, 498-A, 328 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code in Crime No.295 of 2014.

The learned Counsel for the applicant further submits that chargesheet has already been filed and there is hardly any scope for tampering with the prosecution evidence.

In view of the fact that the applicant has been in jail from 10-09-2014 and in view of the fact that

chargesheet has been filed, I think the applicant should be enlarged on bail.

Since the investigation has been completed and the trial is likely to take more time, the following order is passed :- O r d e r a] Criminal Application (BA) No.66 of 2015 is allowed.

b] The applicant shall be released on bail by furnishing PR bond of Rs.10,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount before the trial Court.

Criminal Application (APPP) Nos.95 of 2015, 96 of 2015 and 388 of 2015 As the Criminal Application (BA) No.66 of 2015 is disposed of, all the Criminal Applications have become infructuous. Hence, the same are disposed of as infructuous.
