The prayer made by the petitioner is for consideration of representation dated 28.1.2022 by which the petitioner sought transfer of a different place from where she has been transferred. Shri S.M.Thakare, learned counsel for the respondent No.2, submits that the transfer was effected on the petitioner's request. 2.

Be that as it may, the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad to take a decision on the petitioner's representation dated 28.1.2022 within a period of four weeks of receipt of this order in accordance with law.
