Accordingly, thereafter it has been brought to the notice of all concerned. Civil Application has been filed to extend time to comply with the directions issued by this Court.

In this situation, as we do not see any malafides, we extend the time till the date of compliance. Civil Application is accordingly allowed and disposed of. No costs.
