By the order dated 19-6-2021, it was recorded that the Secretary of the appellant-Society had expired and hence time was granted to take further steps in the matter. Today, a pursis has been filed by the learned counsel for the appellant, in which it is stated that the communication addressed to the Secretary of the appellant-Society has been returned back with the endorsement 'expired'. The learned counsel submits that no further instructions are received in the proceedings.

In view of aforesaid, the appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution. No costs.
