Heard learned counsel for the parties.

We have perused the prayer clause (1), which reads as under: "1. Quash and set aside the selection dated 05.12.2017 mentioned in application at Annexure F in favour respondent no.5 by appropriate writ or order and select the petitioner and grant the benefit of said government scheme at Annexure-B dated 10.10.2017."

In response to the aforesaid prayer, the respondent no.4-District Superintendent Agriculture Officer, Washim, has filed its reply on 12.09.2020. Para 4 of the aforesaid reply reads thus: "4. It is submitted that, petitioner is aggrieved due to nonselection of it gat/cluster for availing the said benefit. However, on 22.05.2018, the answering respondent has selected the present petitioner and hence the grievance of the petitioner stand redressed. Copy of the letter dated 22.05.2018 is annexed herewith at Annexure-R-1". 4.

In the aforesaid background and particularly the stand taken by the respondent no.4, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs. (VRUSHALI V. JOSHI, J.) (NITIN W. SAMBRE, J.) Andurkar.
