Heard Shri Nemade, learned counsel for the petitioner, Ms. Rane, learned AGP for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and Shri Deshmukh, learned counsel for respondent No. 7. Because of statement made by Shri Deshmukh, learned counsel, upon instructions, that Respondent No. 7 has accepted the adverse order of Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal and is not going to challenge it, Shri Nemade, learned counsel, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all contentions as and when occasion therefor arises.
In view of the statement made by Shri Deshmukh, learned counsel, and keeping all contentions of the parties open for adjudication, if any occasion therefor arises, we dispose of the present writ petition as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
