By this writ petition, the petitioner had challenged the Government Resolution dated 22.10.2013. The petitioner had also challenged the action on the part of the respondentAuthorities in allotting the fishing tank in favour of the respondent no.5.

Shri Rode, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent nos.1 to 4, states by referring to to the affidavit-in-reply filed on behalf of the concerned respondent that the Government Resolution dated 22.10.2013 stands cancelled and the resolution dated 26.06.2014 is in force. It is stated that the entire petition is based on the challenge to the Government Resolution dated 22.10.2013.

Shri Patil, the learned counsel for the petitioner, states that in view of the statement made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the petitioner would take appropriate steps to challenge the Government Resolution dated 26.06.2014, if need be. It is stated that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition in view of the aforesaid development.

Permission to withdraw the writ petition is granted. The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. The points raised in the petition are kept open. JUDGE JUDGE APTE
