DATE : 17.02.2015 Heard Shri P.S. Sheware in person. As the registration of contempt petition was refused for not removing the office objections, without issuing notice to the non-applicant, the delay of 4 days in filing the application for restoration is condoned. The order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) on 9/12/2014 is set aside. The Contempt petition St. No. 20467/2014 is restored. The civil application and Misc. civil application are allowed.

The petitioner shall remove the office objections within two weeks, failing which the contempt petition shall stand dismissed without reference to the court.
