In response to the submission of the employer made by the learned Counsel for the respondent No.2 Mr. Kalmegh based on the communication dated 30.12.2017 at Annexure-9, learned Counsel for the petitioner Mr. Narnaware submits that the petitioner shall be forwarding a fresh proposal in an appropriate format as referred to in the aforesaid communication within a period of two weeks from today along with all the documents to the respondent Management, who in turn shall be forwarding the same to the respective Caste Scrutiny Committee.

In case, if such proposal is submitted in the format referred to in the communication at Annexure-9, we direct the Management to forthwith forward the same to the appropriate Committee, who in turn, shall decide the claim for verification expeditiously.

With these observations, the petition stands disposed of.
