The Petitioner/Applicant moved these applications to bring legal heirs of deceased respondent No.4 on record and to condone the delay caused in filing the application for bringing the legal heirs.

Heard. Having considered the reasons stated in the applications, as well as no objection from the other side, we allow both Civil Applications. Accordingly, the delay has been condoned.

The petitioner/applicant is directed to bring the legal heirs of deceased respondent No.4 on record. 4.

Upon bringing the legal heirs of deceased respondent No.4 on record, issue notice to them returnable on 28/02/2025.

Both civil applications are disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
