DATED : 17-01-2025 The learned Counsel for the petitioner restricts the claim to prayer clause (i) accepting which, the petition is disposed of by directing Scheduled Tribe Caste Scrutiny Committee, Amravati to decide the claim of the petitioner. Mr. Mahalle, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3, who are the employer, upon instruction, makes a statement that the tribe claim of the petitioner shall be submitted to the Scrutiny Committee within a period of two weeks from today, in case, the same is submitted by the petitioner to it. The Scrutiny Committee is directed to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner within a period of six months from the date of its receipt. The potion is disposed in above terms. No costs. (ABHAY J.
