The applicants have prayed for quashing of F.I.R. bearing Crime No.1273/2018 registered at police station Gadge Nagar, Amravati for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 468, 471, 193(2), 200 and 120-B read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code which is registered on the basis of complaint filed by the original informant / non-applicant No.2.

It is informed that the matter is amicably worked out between the parties. The original informant had filed Regular Civil Suit No.186/2018 against the applicants for possession. The said suit is disposed of in view of compromise between the parties and compromise decree is drawn. The original informant is present in Court, who is identified by his Advocate. The original informant / non-applicant No.2 in his reply affidavit has

2 apl83.19 stated about the settlement and has filed the copy of consent decree.

In view of the above, we allow the application and accordingly quash and set aside the F.I.R. bearing Crime No.1273/2018 registered at police station Gadge Nagar, Amravati. The criminal application is disposed in the above terms.
