Heard Mr.A.A.Dhawas, learned Counsel for the petitioners and Mr.A.S.Fulzele, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent nos. 1 and 2. 2.

During the course of hearing, it has been noticed that there is already letter dated 17.12.2019 sent by the petitioners to the District Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Chandrapur demanding that appropriate action under the law may be taken in respect of the findings recorded by the Auditor.

We are of the view that now that a communication has already been addressed to the District Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Chandrapur, there is no need for us to pass any specific order except for saying that the learned District Deputy Registrar, Chandrapur may give his attention to the communication dated 17.12.2019 and also the Auditor' s

2 23wp76.20 report and thereafter, take such action as he may deem fit, keeping in view the provisions in the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960. In these terms, the petition stands disposed of.
