Considering the facts of the case, prima facie, I am satisfied that the appellants have made out a case for grant of ad-interim order in terms of prayer clause (A) which reads as follows :- "A.

To grant temporary injunction restraining the

2 ao20.15 respondents from creating third party interest in the suit property till the decision of the appeal." Until further orders there shall be ad-interim injunction in the above terms.
