FEBRUARY 9, 2021 By the order dated 08/11/2019, the Criminal Application (APL) No. 1145/2018 filed by the accused under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure was withdrawn. At that time, the accused was represented by Shri R.D. Dharmadhikari, Advocate.

Now the present application is filed through different lawyer with the prayer that the order passed by this Court on 08/11/2019 be recalled and the Criminal Application (APL) No. 1145/2018 be restored and heard. The applicant has not been able to point out any provision which enables the Court to recall the order by which the matter was disposed as withdrawn. Even otherwise in the present application, nothing is pointed out which necessitates recalling of the order dated 08/11/2019.

Hence, the criminal application is dismissed. JUDGE JUDGE ANSARI
