This is an application for withdrawal of the amount of interest lying deposited in the Court. It is stated that the amount of Rs.13,52,153/- was deposited by the appellants. The respondent has withdrawn the amount of Rs.13,52,153/-. However, the interest has not been paid to him. In view of this, the application is allowed.
