The learned counsel appearing for the parties agree that it would be in the interest of justice that respondent- Education Officer is directed to decide the issue as to who should be granted approval to the post of Head Master.

The petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent-Education Officer to decide the question as to who is entitled for grant of approval to the post of Head Master. The same shall be done within a period of three weeks from today. Till then, the financial and administrative powers of the Head Master shall be exercised by the senior most teacher in the school.
