By this petition, the petitioners seek direction to the respondent no.1 to decide the revision filed by the respondent no.2, within stipulated time.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader today placed on record the order passed by the respondent no.1 in the revision dated 23.8.2021 whereby the revision filed by the respondent no.2 is dismissed.

In that view of the matter, nothing survives in the writ petition. The writ petition is therefore disposed of as infructuous.
