DATE : 18th AUGUST, 2021 I was not inclined to grant bail. However, the learned counsel for the applicant Mr. R.R. Vyas, states that instead of passing a detailed order, the applicant may be permitted to withdraw the application, with liberty to approach the learned trial Judge afresh, if no effective hearing takes place in the trial in the next six months.

The Criminal Application is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for subject to the condition that delay, if any, should not be attributable to any of the accused.
