DATED : APRIL 2, 2016 Today we have disposed of Criminal Application No. 52/2016 between same parties. Adv. Wakode for applicants fairly points out that again in relation to alleged subsequent event, same respondent has filed a false complaint. He, however, submits that a charge-sheet in the matter is already tendered. He has, therefore, filed application seeking leave to amend. We accept the application for amendment on record.

However, in the light of observations made in the order dated 2/4/2016 in Criminal Application No.52/2016 mentioned above, with similar leave to applicants, we dispose of the present
