This is an application for correction in the name of police station in the cause title as well as prayer clause. 2.

Leave is granted to correct the name of Police Station in the clause title as well as prayer clause. 3.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that inadvertently in title clause 'Nagbhid Police Station, District Chandrapur' is mentioned instead of 'Kurkheda Police Station, District Gadchiroli.

The correction is in the nature of typographical error.

Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to correct the title clause as well as prayer clause. 5.

On correcting the same by the applicant, the correction be carried out in the order and corrected copy of order be uploaded afresh.
