Present application is for seeking stay to the effect, operation and execution of the impugned judgment and Award passed by the 4th Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Yavatmal in Land Acquisition Case No.96/2015.

Learned Advocate Ms. Babhulkar holding for learned Advocate Mr. Kadu for the applicants submitted that principal amount is already deposited before the Reference Court.

On depositing the balance interest amount along with the statutory benefit within ten weeks, the effect, operation and execution of the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the 4th Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Yavatmal in Land Acquisition Case No.96/2015 be stayed till final disposal of the appeal. 4.

On failure to deposit the amount within ten weeks the stay granted will be vacated automatically without further reference to the Court.
