After hearing the learned counsel, when this Court expressed its opinion that the Court is rejecting the application, the learned counsel for the applicant submitted that he wish to withdraw the application.

Since the learned counsel for the applicant is withdrawing the application, this Court is not giving reasons for its dismissal. Criminal Application is disposed of as withdrawn.
