After having gone through the contents of First Information Report and the submission, when the Court was dictating the order of dismissal, since this Court is of the view that this offence requires in depth investigation and opportunity has to be given to the Investigating Officer to file charge-sheet and detail the allegations left to be proved during the course of the trial, the learned counsel for the applicants submits that he wants to withdraw this application.

The application is dismissed, as withdrawn.
